Lucas Oil Speedway is an outdoor racing entertainment facility, the weather is unknown. We ask that all patrons read and understand the rain out policy prior to purchasing an event ticket.
The race program consists of hot laps, heat races and feature events. In the event of inclement weather, Lucas Oil Speedway officials will make every effort to complete the program for you without risk. Always, be sure to keep your event tickets and/or wristbands.
If the halfway point in the program has not been completed, event tickets and wristbands should be kept and will be honored for any upcoming racing show. The same ticket will be valid for events of equal or lesser value, your ticket may also be applied for ticket upgrades. You must have the original ticket or wristband (NO COPIES). Once you leave the ticket booth you are responsible for your ticket or wristbands.
Your ticket and or wrist band is your rain check and your responsibility. NO REFUNDS will be given.
In the event that racing has started, and in the opinion of the track officials, the inclement weather is sufficient to cancel the remainder of the racing events the show will be considered a complete show if we have reached intermission, or the heat races are complete. Those features not completed (Weekly Event Races) will be made up on the following weeks event.
Rain out policies for events other than Weekly Racing will be posted on a per event basis.
