"ULTIMATE FAN EXPERIENCE" GIVES DRAG BOAT FANS A UNIQUE PERSPECTIVE ON LUCAS OIL SPEEDWAY ACTION IN 2022

WHEATLAND, MO. (Nov. 29, 2021) - An entirely different way to view any of the four drag-boat races is coming to Lucas Oil Speedway in 2022, putting one spectator at the heart of the action like never before.

The “Ultimate Fan Experience” package is available for $349 and includes an exclusive VIP experience for one fan for the entire drag boat/dirt track combo weekend. It includes:

Free camping throughout the weekend.

On Friday evening, one private 10-lap ride in the Lucas Oil 2-Seater Late Model around the dirt oval.

Two VIP tickets to the drag boat event throughout the entire drag boat weekend. Included is standing on the starting-line platform during a Top Alcohol Hydro run as those boats blast away to speed in excess of 200 miles per hour.

Saturday night at the dirt track includes two all-access VIP tickets with a suite pass, pit-area access, waving the green flag on a class feature of their choice and a free speedway gift bag.

“This would make a great gift idea for Christmas, giving a fan a unique view of the action on both Lake Lucas and at the dirt track,” Lucas Oil Speedway General Manager Danny Lorton said. "There is only one Ultimate Fan Experience for each of the four drag boat events, so if fans are interested they need to give us a call as soon as possible."

Those interested in The Ultimate Fan Experience should call the speedway office at (417) 282-5984 to book the weekend they are interested in.

The four Kentucky Drag Boat Association events on the tentative 2022 schedule are: KDBA Spring Opener on Lake Lucas (June 10-12), KDBA Summer Thunder on Lake Lucas (July 9-10), KDBA Show-Me Shootout on Lake Lucas (July 30-31), 12th annual Diamond Drag Boat Nationals (Sept. 2-4).

Lorton said he plans some other Ultimate Fan Experience packages for other events in 2022 and pricing will vary based on the events. Most likely they will be held during Weekly Racing Series events on the dirt track with more details to be announced at a later date.
