Details for a 50/50 group

1. Groups will need to supply tickets, signs, change, and buckets. Lucas will provide a table and 2 chairs to be put in front of the café.
2. Groups can have no more than 10 free admissions (6 general admission, 2 Suite, and 2 Pit access). Any more over the 10 will be charged general admission prices. Need to be 18 years old to gain access to the pits.
3. Drawing held at intermission, we ask you keep money organized and counted. Some of our races are televised and we have a small window for the drawing. Bring paper clips or rubber bands this helps.
4. Access to the suites, does not include the score tower… or the media suite.
5. Please keep in mind there are a lot of applicants each year and every year we do the lottery. We welcome groups to apply but will not be guaranteeing your group will be drawn please apply for the following season also. WE CANNOT RESCHEDULE RAINOUTS AND WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY RESCHEDULE THE FOLLOWING YEAR. Please watch social media for weather updates.
6. Check in at the VIP and Suites counter located on the west side (Wheatland School Side) thru the grey door at 4:45 pm due to the close and clear policy in place by security, you won’t be allowed up any earlier. We do not allow coolers, have everyone bring a drink in with them.
