Lucas Oil MLRA Spring Thunder-FREE Schedule Magnet Night

The 2012 Lucas Oil Speedway racing season opens with the Lucas Oil MLRA Dirt Late Model Racing Series plus the first 500 fans through the gates get a FREE 2012 Schedule Magnet. May 24th-26th - 20th Annual DART Show-Me 100 Presented by Lucas Oil Products

The 20th Annual DART Show-Me 100 returns to Lucas Oil Speedway for the 20th running of the event after capacity crowds jammed the “Diamond of Dirt Tracks” the previous two seasons. Ray Cook captured the Inaugural edition of the premier event held at Lucas Oil Speedway after 17 years at the West Plains Motor Speedway while Newport, Tennessee’s Jimmy Owens scored his first DART Show-Me 100 win in 2011. The Cameras of CBS Sports will also be hand as this event gets National Network TV Coverage for the second time. This is surely one you won’t want to miss! This Crown Jewel Event features the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series and the Lucas Oil MLRA battling for 100 Laps and a $30,000 to win top prize. Activities get underway on Thursday night with an Open Practice Session and Driver/Crew Barbecue.

Friday night will feature time trials and six heat races for the Super Late Models plus the Race of Champions and the Manufacturers Dash. The top three finishers in each heat race will move on to Saturday night's main event. The balance of the field in each of the heats will move on to the Super Late Model consolation events on Saturday night. The Pitt’s Homes A-Modifieds will be featured as the support class and will compete for $750 to win on Friday night courtesy of New Vision Graphics. Dry Camping areas are FREE this year for the DART Show -Me 100 so come and spend the holiday weekend with us.

On Saturday night the Consolation events will be held for the Super Late Models prior to the 100 Lap DART Show-Me 100 taking center stage.

6th Annual CMH Diamond Nationals

The 6th Annual CMH Diamond Nationals features the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series in their second and final appearance this season as the country’s top Dirt Late Model Driver’s attempt to claim the $10,000 winner’s share of the purse and the prestigious Diamond Ring that goes with it. USMTS HUNT for the Championship

The Casey’s General Stores HUNT for the USMTS Modified Championships rolls through Wheatland, Missouri for the second time in as many seasons as the Stars and Cars of the USMTS National Modified Tour make their only appearance of 2012 at the “Diamond of Dirt Tracks”. Marshalltown, Iowa’s Ryan Gustin drove his familiar blue and white #19 to the 2011 USMTS National Championship despite pressure from standout Modified drivers Jason Hughes, Tommy Meyer, Rodney Sanders, Zach Van Der Beek, Kelly Shryock, Jon Tesch, Derrick Ramirez, and more. 2012 looks to be no exception as a record number of drivers are expected to chase the season long USMTS National Championship. 7th Annual Lucas Oil Spookway

This Annual Safe Trick or Treat Night is a big hit with the area youth as the "Diamond of Dirt Tracks" gives kids a safe trick or treat experience. The event begins at 5:00pm on Saturday, October 27th. The event is FREE to the public and everyone is welcome to attend.

This is a great avenue for area business owners, groups, and organizations to show their wares to Mom and Dad while handing out treats to the kids. Last year over 400 trick or treaters visited the Lucas Oil "Spookway". Groups and Fundraising organizations are welcome to attend this FREE event with booths, raffles, prizes, or merchandise.
