Lucas Oil Speedway gift cards, 2021 season passes available just in time for holiday season
By Lyndal Scranton (Wheatland, MO) -- With the Christmas-shopping season at hand, keep in mind the racing fans in your family or circle of friends. Once again in 2020, Lucas Oil Speedway has the perfect gift-giving idea.
Season passes for the 2021 season are available now and those who had them in 2020 can renew at a $50 discount through the end of the year. Contact Admissions Director Nichole McMillan at (417) 282-5984 or email her at nichole@lucasoilspeedway.com for more information.
Meanwhile, Lucas Oil Speedway gift cards also are available, in any dollar amount. They can be redeemed in any department at the speedway or used toward tickets for any event on next year’s schedule.
“Gift cards for Christmas gifts have been a popular item over the years for our fans and I’m sure they will be again,” Lucas Oil Speedway General Manager Danny Lorton said. “It’s also that time of the year when season passes are ready. We want to encourage those with season passes last season to save $50 by getting theirs before the end of the year.”
The renewal rate with the $50 discount is available through December 31st, 2020.
Season Pass renewal by Dec. 31 will cost the following:
Dirt Track: Adults (ages 16-61) $450; Seniors (62 and over) $350.
All-Events: Adults (ages 16-61) $550; Seniors (62 and over) $450.
Beginning Jan. 1, 2021, Season Passes will cost the following:
Dirt Track: Adults (ages 16-61) $500; Seniors (62 and over) $400.
All-Events: Adults (ages 16-61) $600; Seniors (62 and over) $500.
Each season pass holder is entitled to one reserved stadium-style seat, complete with high backs and armrests located in the top six rows of the main grandstand of the dirt track.
As for the Show-Me 100 weekend, McMillan said seats for 2021 will apply the same as camping and if a person had those reserved in 2020 she still has their name and info.
"However, since all seats were refunded last year as the event was canceled, they will need to contact the office to pay for the seat," McMillan said. "They have until Feb. 1, 2021, to do that.
"Camping is the same, as all campsites are saved with last year’s reservation. Those who had reserved sites in 2020 need to call and confirm renewal and make payments starting January 4. Renewals must be paid 30 days prior to the event. At the 30-day deadline, unpaid sites become available for reservation to the public.”
The 2021 tentative schedule was recently released. The Weekly Racing Series includes 14 events, from opening night through the Rempfer Memorial Season Championship on Aug. 28 crowns division champions. Along with the ULMA Late Models, USRA Modifieds and USRA B-Mods the Weekly Racing Series will welcome USRA Stock Cars to the slate for the first time.
The 29th annual Show-Me 100 Presented by ProtecttheHarvest.com, featuring the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series and Lucas Oil MLRA, is set for its traditional Memorial Day Weekend dates, May 27-29. The event was not held in 2019 due to storm damage and was postponed to a one-night show in July in 2020 in a pandemic-related rescheduling.
Drag Boat action also is scheduled to return to Lake Lucas for four events in 2021, sanctioned by the Kentucky Drag Boat Association. Two Off Road Events, sanctioned by the Kansas City Off Road Association, are set for the off road course.
