Wheatland, Missouri (May 16, 2017) - With defending track champions looking strong in the season's early going, the Big Adventure RV Weekly Racing Series resumes for all four classes Saturday night at Lucas Oil Speedway.

Ozarks Cola-Cola/Dr. Pepper Night at the Races Presented by KOLR 10 and Z27 finds the Ozark Golf Cars USRA B-Mods running a special 25-lap, $500-to-win feature. The Warsaw Auto Marine & RV ULMA Late Models, Pitts Homes USRA Modifieds and Big O Tires Street Stocks also will be in action.

Fans bringing any empty 20-ounce Coca-Cola product bottle to the main gate will receive $2 off general admission tickets. There is a limit of one per customer.

Tom Wilson of Ozarks Coca-Cola/Dr. Pepper said kids can stop by the company's display on the midway and get a ticket for a chance to win a Dr. Pepper bicycle, which will be awarded during intermission.

"We've been involved with Lucas Oil Speedway since the beginning and you couldn't ask for a finer group of people. We're proud to be involved with them," Wilson said. "We'll have one of our Coke pick-ups on display and the (replica) Coca-Cola race car that used to be sponsored by Coke and driven by David Goldsberry will be there as well.

"It'll be a fun night and it always is. Fans can get $2 off with an empty bottle from any Coke product and that's a pretty good deal. We look forward to seeing everyone."

In action last Saturday, 2016 track champs Jeff Cutshaw of Bolivar (Pitts Homes USRA Modifieds) and Richmond's Aaron Marrant (Warsaw Auto Marine & RV ULMA Late Models) posted feature wins. Meanwhile, Kris Jackson of Lebanon is two-for-two this season in the Ozark Golf Cars USRA B-Mods and Wheatland's Toby Ott leads the Big O Tires Street Stocks points after earning his first-ever feature win on his hometown track.

Ott, who's been racing since 2002, said the outpouring of congratulations from fans and fellow competitors over the last few days is hard to put into words.

"It's kind of overwhelming, all the congratulations I actually received over social media and everything else," Ott said. "I'm hoping there's more to come.

"I feel fortunate to be up there where I am," Ott said of the points lead. "But it's early and it's still up for grabs."

Also on Saturday, the Ozarks Area Racers Foundation will make its annual appearance at the speedway. Along with historical racing memorabilia, the OARF will have information about the 2018 Reunion and Hall of Fame ceremony, set for  Jan. 6 at the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds in Springfield.
