The Lucas Oil Speedway opens the 2009 Racing Season, Saturday April 11th with O’Reilly MLRA presented by Lucas Oil Products. After the recent cancelation of their scheduled season opener, the O'Reilly MLRA presented by Lucas Oil Products will now open its season Saturday April 11th at the Diamond of Dirt Tracks.“We were very sorry to hear their scheduled season opener had to be canceled due to weather,” said Randy Bowman, General Track Manager. “There are some great dirt track fans in Nebraska and I am sure they are very disappointed.”But the show must go on as ...read more
O’REILLY MLRA HELPS LUCAS OIL SPEEDWAY KICK OFF 2009

Jeremy Payne took the lead from Will Vaught on Lap 10 and then cruised to the first MLRA win of 2009 in a caution free 30 lap main event. A full field of 51 cars were in attendance for the Season Opener for both the O'Reilly MLRA presented by Lucas Oil Products and for the Lucas Oil Speedway.
